Thank you for shopping at NexHome!
We have a balanced refund policy for our customers! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
- Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The product must be in original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase like product receipt or invoice.
- Exchanges (only possible) when products are received defective, wrong, or damaged.
- If you want to return or exchange a purchased product, send us an email at sales@nexhome.shop.
Please note the following things:
- Shipping charges will be charged from customers, in case, he/she didn’t like the product in terms of color, size, dimension, or any other than damage, defective, or wrong.
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs in case he/she wants a “refund” upon disliking the product in terms of color, size, dimension, or any other than damaged, defective, or wrong. Additionally, 15 percent of the order value will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded in 4 to 5 business days.
- For exchange orders, we usually take 7 business days to dispatch.

- If you haven’t received your refund after contacting us, please reach out to your bank representative, immediately.
