The following Shipping Policy describes how our orders are shipped to the customers. This policy covers international shipping speed options, shipping costs, and estimates for order processing time.

What Is The Shipping Speed?

NexHome products are shipped from India to the respective region. We have tie up with top shipping companies that facilitate smooth and secure movement of goods through the means of air and water.

In Cash on Delivery: If you placed a cash on delivery order, the shipment process will take between 3 to 5 business days including INR 99 for shipping fee.

In Prepaid: If you placed a prepaid order, the shipment process will take between 3 to 5 business days with zero shipping fee.

Is There Any Shipping Cost Involved?

Yes, there is a nominal shipping cost borne by the customer. The shipping cost of INR 99/- will automatically be added to the final price of the product.

In Cash On Delivery (COD): If you placed a COD order, our representative will contact you to confirm before shipping. Meanwhile, you may also need to provide a 10 percent upfront amount of your order for security reasons.

In prepaid: There is no upfront amount to be deposited in prepaid orders.

For return or exchange request, there is also nominal shipping cost incurred which is also borne by the customer.

What Is The Order Processing Time?

Order processing time is the duration between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by the business. We usually take 15 days to complete your order request fulfilment i.e. deliver to your doorstep, happily.

We have a balanced refund policy for our customers! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and ExchangesProduct must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The product must be in original packaging.

You must have proof of purchase like product receipt or invoice.

Exchanges (only possible) when products are received defective, wrong, or damaged.

Shipping charges will be charged from customers, in case, he/she didn’t like the product in terms of color, size, dimension, or any other than damage, defective, or wrong.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs in case he/she wants a “refund” upon disliking the product in terms of color, size, dimension, or any other than damaged, defective, or wrong. Additionally, 15 percent of the order value will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded in 4 to 5 business days.

For exchange orders, we usually take 7 business days to dispatch.
